The problem

You got into tattooing to make art.
Not to manage an inbox.

Every hour spent on admin is an hour not spent on the work. InkFlow Studio handles the business side so you don't have to.

01
Inquiries disappear in your DMs
A message comes in, you get busy, you forget. They book someone else. Every missed DM is lost revenue.
02
Chasing deposits is exhausting
You say yes, send a PayPal link, then spend three days following up before they ghost anyway.
03
Flash disappears in 24 hours
You post to your story. It expires. You never know who wanted it or what it could have earned.
04
Consent forms are a paper pile
Binders, JotForm emails, scanned IDs. Every health inspection is a scramble through filing cabinets.
05
Your client list might not be yours
You built your book over years. When you change shops, nobody tells you what you get to take.
What it does

Everything in one place.
Nothing you don't need.

Built specifically for tattoo artists. Not adapted from a spa booking tool.

00
Open and close your books
One toggle. When your books are open, intake flows in. When they're closed, clients see a clean waitlist page instead. No monthly commitment required — open when you're ready, close when you're full.

Your clients are yours.
No matter what.

This is not fine print. It is our core commitment, stated in plain language in our terms of service. If you change shops, every client record, project history, and chat thread travels with you.

No other booking platform makes this guarantee explicitly.

What the shop sees
Who is booked that day, incoming consent forms for compliance, and overall capacity across artists. Nothing else.
What the shop never accesses
Client contact details, project chat history, your full client list, or anything beyond today's operation and legal compliance.
When you leave a shop
Your profile moves to independent. Everything comes with you. Zero negotiation required. The shop keeps only what the law requires.
How it works

From first message
to healed tattoo.

01

02
You review and approve in your dashboard
Accept the ones you want, set your deposit, and send — or decline with a preset message. Nothing moves until you say yes.
Artist action
03

Stripe or Square deposit link sent automatically. Once paid, they choose from your open calendar slots.
Automatic
04

Automatic
05

Why this exists
"I built the system that kept me booked out every quarter. Then I built InkFlow Studio so every artist could use it."
InkFlow Studio was built by a working tattoo artist who ran a quarterly intake on JotForm, collected deposits through PayPal, sent pre-appointment reminders manually, and managed a full client book independently — all while tattooing full time. Every feature came from a real problem. The numbing cream warning, the sunburn policy, the ID requirement, the aftercare sequence, the no-list that quietly filters out the wrong clients — all of it lived experience, not guesswork. This is not software built by a tech company adapting a spa booking tool. It is software built by someone who lived the workflow and knew exactly what was missing.
